Refund & Service Policy

At CreativeStudio, we want every client to feel confident and secure when working with us. Our policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and in line with consumer protection laws in the UK and the European Union.

1. Right to Cancel

As a consumer, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period starting from the date of purchase. To cancel, simply notify us in writing (an email is sufficient) before the 14 days are over.

If you have asked us to start work within this 14-day period, please note that your right to a full refund will no longer apply once the service has begun. In such cases, you may still be eligible for a partial refund, reflecting only the work not yet carried out.

2. Refunds

  • If you cancel before any work has started, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel after work has started, a reasonable deduction will be made to cover the portion already completed.
  • All refunds will be issued within 14 days from the date of agreement on the refund.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you originally used.

3. Revision Policy

Each project includes two rounds of revisions at no additional cost, unless otherwise specified in your proposal. Additional rounds of feedback, or significant changes that move outside the agreed scope, may incur an extra fee. We believe this approach keeps the process balanced, efficient, and focused on delivering your vision.

4. Exclusions

Because of their personalised nature, certain digital creations (for example, custom 3D assets, AI-driven influencer content, or tailored brand campaigns) may not qualify for a full refund once the creative work has been delivered. Any such exclusions will always be clearly outlined in your project agreement before work begins.
