All software, designs, creative content, and intellectual property produced or made available by CreativeStudio remain the property of CreativeStudio unless otherwise specified. Upon full payment, you are granted a license to use the agreed deliverables for the intended business purpose. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized modification outside of agreed scope is prohibited.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any materials, data, or references you provide do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. You also agree to review and approve deliverables promptly to enable efficient completion of your project.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms will be agreed upon before any project begins. Our separate Refund & Service Policy defines your rights to refunds, revisions, and exclusions.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we aim to deliver accurate and high-quality results, CreativeStudio cannot be held liable for business outcomes, indirect losses, or damages caused by the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

7. Changes to Terms
